 Back2Sea is a program designed exclusively for existing Steiner cruise staff that wish to return to sea for another contract. The devoted members of Back2Sea work hard to ensure that our staff receive the very best assistance in arranging future contracts. We value our existing staff members as we feel the experience and skills gained during their previous contract provides them with a wealth of knowledge, enabling them to become the very best at what they do.
 Working on a cruise ship is a fantastic way to see the world, meet new and exciting people, earn money and gain valuable experience in your chosen field. The majority of staff members who complete a contract
with Steiner are eager to return to sea to complete further contracts. Most staff perform better on their subsequent contracts due to the skills they have gained in their previous contracts.
 Within the Back2Sea website, staff members can apply online for future contracts, apply online to extend or shorten their existing contract, request to change vessels, view visa and immigration information, view descriptions of the individual cruise lines, see our frequently asked questions and answers and down load their training documents.
