As a spa service provider a professional appearance is paramount, therefore hair and make up should look immaculate throughout the day. Below are the protocols that must be adhered to, both during training and your 8 month contract at sea.

Female

• Female staff with short hair, above the collar line, will be required to blow dry and style their hair everyday. Ladies with long hair will be required to wear a dressed, up style, without hair bands or excessive grips on display, please click on the image to see example and explanation. If your hair is coloured or highlighted, please ensure that it is maintained and your roots are not visible.
  
  
• All females are required to wear a full make up at all times. This must be maintained throughout the day.

NB. Female fitness staff will be required to wear a full make up at all times, except for during exercise classes when a minimum requirement will consist of bronzer, waterproof mascara and lip stick.

Male

• Male staff are required to be clean shaven and to have a short, neatly groomed hairstyle.
