Angela’s passion for the wellness and beauty industry led her to enrolling at North Warickshire And Hinckley College in Nuneaton, where she trained for 3 years to achieve an NVQ Level 2 and 3. In June 1998 Angela’s successful interview with Steiner Leisure Ltd led her to enrol at the Steiner Training Academy. Angela went on to achieve 8 years at sea onboard Carnival Cruise Liners. She worked as a beauty therapist moving on up to Senior Therapists, Assistance Manager. During her last year Angela took the responsibility of Spa Manger working with a team of 25. After deciding to end her time at sea Angela returned home and was offered the position as a Regional Business Manger and International Trainer for a Cosmeceutical range specifically designed to target skin concerns. This entailed over seeing 15 accounts in large spas throughout the county Including travelling to Hong Kong. Angela was responsible for the creation of workshops to boost the sales within the teams and held presentation and event evenings on regularly basis. After a year Angela decided to move back to Steiner and take the role as a Recruitment Manager. Currently Angela visits colleges in the South of England and Ireland recruiting successful candidates for all the Hairstylists, Beauty therapists & Fitness instructors to work within the Steiner team on board the cruise Liners. She is determined to portray the pursuit of personal growth as the key to being successful.
