In 1999 Nikki received her hair dressing license and decided that she wanted to take her skills and work onboard a luxury cruise ship. Nikki attended the Steiner Training Academy in London, UK and then was send to the Beautiful Carnival Elations. Nikki continued to work her way up the ladder with moving into a Senior Stylist Position and soon became a Spa Manager, where she would manage teams as large as 23, where her passion of motivating and teaching her staff really excelled! Nikki worked on Princess Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruise Lines.
While Nikki was onboard she saw many different places in the world such as Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, Bermuda, the Mediterranean, the Baltic and the Caribbean.
After 10 fun filled contracts, Nikki then decided to further her career with Steiner on land.
Nikki is now part of the World Wide Recruitment Team, based out of London, UK. Her area covers all of the USA. She specializes in recruiting Beauty Therapists, Hairdressers, Barbers, Nail Technicians, Fitness Instructors and Acupuncturists. Nikki is still very enthusiastic and loves her job, as she wants everyone to have the opportunity she has had with Steiner and working onboard Luxury Cruise Ships. It is an experience that is indescribable.
