Once all of your treatment training is over, the commercial training steps up a gear, and you will enter the Retail Class. This class continues from your previous training in the London Academy, it enables you to polish the commercial skills developed in your Steiner training courses.
In this class you will present seminars to audiences with topics including detox, skin care and muscle aches and pains. Embarkation day promotions are practised and rehearsed in this class, together with a continual practise of treatment standards.
All professions may join this class, and you may participate for one day to up several weeks! During this time, you are continually assessed on client care, communication skills, professionalism and confidence!
Cruiseline Branding
Once we have selected a suitable vessel for you, we then prepare for your chosen cruise line, by delivering an introduction to the cruise line brand and their onboard spas. This specialist detailed introduction prepares you for your cruise lines protocols, and allows you an insight to your next eight months at sea.
