The Steiner Training Academy provides highly qualified personnel to operate the spa's on board over 116 luxury cruise ships worldwide, and as leaders in the industry we select only the most professional personnel to operate our spas.

 Once selected you will undertake an intensive world-class training program at the London Academy, where standards of personal grooming, excellent communication skills, and customer service are developed along with our exclusive signature therapies.

On graduation you will be fully prepared to start your new role as an ambassador to Steiner, full of confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your next eight months at sea. All staff begin their training with an Induction day to settle in to the required roles, from there, by demonstrating your presentation skills, you will be expected to show us why you deserve to be part of the International Steiner team.You will then separate into various courses, dependant on your profession, where the highly skilled and experienced Maritime trainers will develop your commercial standards as well as your treatment standards. |
